Code of Conduct
The Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. Code of Conduct was created based on the Business Principles and outlines the standards and norms of behavior that employees of the company are expected to adhere to. These are basic guidelines that explain to staff members how to apply the Business Principles, which are respect, honesty, and compliance with laws and regulations.
The Code of Conduct addresses topics like: Preventing Corrupt Practices; Protecting Information and Communications; Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment; and National and International Trade.

Hotline and business ethics support
In order to address possible ethical and legal infractions such as sexual harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, safety or environmental violations, improper financial practices, or bribery, Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. has set up a Hotline for employees and other parties (suppliers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders) to report possible issues. Any phone—cell or landline—will work to reach the call center when you make a call. An independent business ensures secrecy and anonymity by gathering and processing all reports. The authorised individuals at Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. will receive reports sent through this hotline and make sure they are handled in a professional and confidential manner.
