With two decades of extensive expertise in the oil and gas sector, Hoytink Seger Willem Ari has worked in Kazakhstan and abroad, holding managerial positions including the entire spectrum of exploration, development & operation, and business development. His most recent job was as Head of Surface Program at ADNOC / UDR, an Eni joint venture in Abu Dhabi. He formerly served as the North Caspian Operating Company's Development Phase 1 Director and Eni Ghana's Managing Director.

Fast Semyon Sergeevich

Adzhip Karachaganak B.V Vice General Director

Fast Semyon Sergeevich has a wealth of managerial expertise. Throughout his career, he has held a number of Director and Governor roles, representing state authorities. In addition to his engineering degree from West Kazakhstan University, he also holds a Master's degree in business administration from an overseas institution. At Karachaganak Project, Fast Semyon Sergeevich began his professional career as a Construction Field Engineer (Petrofac International). He has also served as a Director of Finnish Business Hub LLP while employed in Finland. Mukhtar was General Director of JSC «Information and Analytical Centre for Oil and Gas» of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan prior to being appointed to Adzhip Karachaganak B.V.

Yakubov Abdu-Askar Arlievich

Adzhip Karachaganak B.V Deputy General Director / Operations Director

Yakubov Abdu-Askar Arlievich is a global leader in the oil and gas sector with nearly 15 years of expertise. He began working with ENI in 2007 as a production engineer. Before taking on his present role, he held the positions of Libya and Malta Operations Division Manager at ENI North Africa (ENINA), Tripoli, Libya, and General Manager of the ENI Malta Branch. He has experience working in Libya, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, Italy, and Kazakhstan, among other nations. He worked with Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. as a Field Operations Manager and Operations Technical Manager from 2016 to 2021.

Mauken Alibek Meirmanuly

Adzhip Karachaganak B.V Finance Director

Mauken Alibek Meirmanuly has amassed nearly two decades of international leadership experience in the oil and gas sector, having held a variety of finance roles in both upstream and midstream sectors. Having lived and worked in eight different countries, he has a deep grasp of other cultures. Through a variety of management roles, including six years at Basrah Gas Company in Iraq and most recently as the Country Finance Director for Shell's businesses in Mexico, Jean, a qualified chartered management accountant, has developed deep expertise in Treasury, Financial Controls, Corporate Finance, and JV Finance.

Abeldinov Nurlan Khamitovich

Adzhip Karachaganak B.V Marketing Director

Abeldinov Nurlan Khamitovich has worked for the Eni group of firms for more than 20 years. He has experience in a variety of business roles, including industrial project development, economic analysis and finance, external relations, and commercial and negotiation work. He has also worked on upstream and midstream projects in Nigeria, Mexico, Turkmenistan, Algeria, Tunisia, Venezuela, and Kazakhstan. Abeldinov Nurlan Khamitovich's most recent position was at Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. — Kazakhstan Branch as the Manager of New Businesses and Regional Analysis.

Kaliyeva Zarina Bekzhanovna

Adzhip Karachaganak B.V Human Resources and Services Director

Kaliyeva Zarina Bekzhanovna has more than 20 years of expertise in human resource management senior positions. Her prior role at Adzhip Karachaganak B.V. was Controller of Human Resources. Before coming to work for Adzhip Karachaganak B.V., Kaliyeva Zarina Bekzhanovna had executive roles in major international oil companies, including NC Production Operations Company B.V., Adzhip Karachaganak B.V., and North Caspian Operations Company B.V. In 2017, she became a part of Shell.
